Some of the skills we typically seek are listed below:

• Ability to work in a fast pace, customer contact position.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful.
• Processing customer financial transactions.
• Must identify and sell FSB Hegewisch products and services.
• Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank.
• Stay updated on new products and services and maintain awareness of current bank processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally (written and oral) is a requirement.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday.
• Must be able to work complete shift in a standing position.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Some travel may initially be required for training purposes.
• Knowledge of savings and checking products.
• Good management skills.
