- Choose from 3, 5, 7 and 10 year loans which are all based on a 30 year amortization for lower monthly payments.

Loans:
- Provides funds needed for contractor payouts during new home construction then allows for several mortgage loan options at the end of construction.
- Rate Lock Programs:
- New Construction - Rate is locked 10 days prior to closing. No fees or points.
- Standard Application - Rate is locked for 45 days from receipt of completed application. No fees or points.
- Extended Rate Lock - Rate is locked for 90 days upon receipt of completed application. Requires .13% added to current rate.
- Six Month Rate Lock - Rate is locked for 180 days upon receipt of
completed application. Requires .25% added to current rate plus a
non-refundable lock fee of 1/2% of the mortgage loan request.
