Fixed Rate Mortgages:

• Choose from 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 year loans at a guaranteed, fixed rate.

Balloon Mortgages:

• Choose from 3, 5, 7 and 10 year loans which are all based on a 30 year amortization for lower monthly payments.

First Time Home Buyers Program:

Construction Loans:  

• Provides funds needed for contractor payouts during new home construction then allows for several mortgage loan options at the end of construction.

Rate Lock Programs:

• New Construction - Rate is locked 10 days prior to closing. No fees or points.
• Standard Application - Rate is locked for 30 days from receipt of completed application. No fees or points.
• Extended Rate Lock - Rate is locked for 90 days upon receipt of completed application. Requires .125% added to current rate.
• Six Month Rate Lock - Rate is locked for 180 days upon receipt of completed application. Rate will not exceed .25% over current rate offering plus a non-refundable lock fee of 1/2% of the mortgage loan request.
