INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE Within our Affiliates

We use and share nonpublic customer information with our affiliates for a variety of reasons. Those reasons are to provide you with superior service, to inform you about new or enhanced financial services and to improve and develop our products and services. We may share the nonpublic personal information we collect (described in the Information Collection section) with:

• Affiliates providing financial or other services, such as our insurance agency. Federal law permits us to disclose this information with our affiliates.

AUTHORIZED SHARING--JOINT MARKETING

When it comes to sharing information with nonaffiliated third parties, we do so only for specific purposes. We restrict that sharing to companies that market services on our behalf to provide our customers with products or services that we believe you may need to succeed financially. We may exchange limited nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated financial institutions in order to offer financial services pursuant to a joint marketing agreement. • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income.

The types of business with whom we may disclose nonpublic personal information for joint marketing purposes are:

• Financial service providers such as credit card issuers.

Federal law permits us to disclose the above information with companies that market services on our behalf. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

INFORMATION, CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY AND INTEGRITY MEASURES

As we described in our pledge to you, we are committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to your customer information, and we maintain procedures and technology designed for this purpose. We update and test our technology on a regular basis in order to improve the protection of customer information. We require outside companies to whom we provide customer information for joint marketing or processing purposes to enter in to a confidentiality agreement that restricts the use of the information to those purposes and prohibits the independent use of the information. We have internal procedures that limit access to customer information, such as procedures that require an employee to have a business need to access customer information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal law and regulations to guard your nonpublic information.

NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMER CUSTOMERS

If you decide to close your account(s), become an inactive customer or otherwise are no longer our customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as descried in this notice. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

GLOSSARY

We, our and us means First Savings Bank of Hegewisch.

Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

An affiliate is a company we own and control.

A nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
